Do you ship internationally?

Do you sell pieces from your Anthropologie Collab?

No, the Mimira collection I designed for Anthropologie was a commercially produced product line that Anthropologie, Nordstrom, and John Lewis UK sold. I don’t make these pieces in my studio and I don’t have replacements available. However, pieces do pop up on third party sites like Poshmark and eBay! Want handmade in the USA instead? Find something new to love in my shop here!

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes, but we encourage hand washing especially for pieces with genuine 22k gold. The gold is a thin layer of 22k gold and can wear way with heavy scrubbing or abrasive detergents. A gentle sponging of warm soapy water on the gold is all that’s needed to clean and preserve longevity.

Are your ceramics microwave safe?

If they have real gold on them NO. The gold is real metal and isn’t safe to use in the microwave. If your ceramics don’t have gold on them they are microwave safe. Both gold and non-gold pieces are oven safe.

Are your products food safe and lead free?

Yes! All items listed in the shop are food safe and lead free. Most of the glazes you see are handmade in our studio from safe organic materials. A few of our glazes are commercially manufactured and are also certified food safe and lead free. Our gold luster is lead free and certified by the manufacturer for food safety. Additionally we don't use harmful or controversial materials such as barium or lithium. We are committed to keeping our finished glazes, as well as the raw materials within our studio safe for our customers and our team throughout the making process.

Is your studio open to the public?

Not at this time. We do occasionally have special opportunities to visit the studio and participate in workshops held in person. If you’re curious about such opportunities we’d love to have you join our newsletter for updates!

Can I place a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders are considered on a case by case basis. The focus of Suite One Studio is direct retail because we believe in connecting directly with our customers and delivering a high quality product directly from the studio to the table. For this reason most wholesale accounts are not accepted at this time, but every inquiry is added to our Wholesale Interest List and we'll be back in touch if an opening becomes available for your project. As Suite One Studio grows additional wholesale opportunities will become available, please don't hesitate to keep in touch and ask for updates.
