Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are preloaded in the shop for easy checkout. (If the cost collected is greater than the actual amount to pack and ship we will automatically issue you a refund for the overage.)
Are there additional fees for International orders?
There can be, and this will depend upon your country's customs policies. Please review your country's local importing and tax fees to avoid any surprises. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
Will my porcelain ship safely across the country/ocean/entire world?
Yes. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. We’ve shipped packages Internationally for a decade and have a packing process to ensure safe transit. We use a variety of packing paper, packing peanuts, and foam wrapping to ensure safe delivery. If you encounter issues with your shipment please contact us immediately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders ship from North Carolina, USA. There is a 3-5 business day lead time for all orders. Domestic orders shipping via USPS Priority arrive in 2-3 business days from posting, while domestic orders shipping via USPS First Class arrive in 3-5 business days from posting.
International orders generally arrive 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed and customs fees may be assessed.
All shipping is processed through USPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. Expedited delivery is possible in some cases. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need to receive your order by a specific date, we will do our best to work with all deadlines.
Domestic shipping addresses with apartment or suite numbers will receive complimentary signature confirmation. If you would like to remove this service please let us know at the time the order is placed and we will make any necessary changes.
Will my Suite One Studio products ship with insurance?
You bet! As mentioned above we take great care in ensuring all pieces arrive safe and sound, however, accidents still (very rarely) happen. For this reason, we ship all products with complimentary insurance against damage. Per insurance requirements we must be notified of any shipping damage within 7 business days of receipt. What is your refund and return policy?:
Due to the handmade nature and high demand for Suite One Studio products, all sales are considered final. However we want you to love your handmade art and if you don't for some reason, please let us know and we'll discuss options to ensure you have a positive experience with Suite One Studio.
