The program is rooted in creativity, inspiration, and project prompts to help you dive deeper into finding your truest, most unique expression in clay.

This program is available indefinitely once purchased.
All prerecorded lessons and worksheets are available immediately.

How is this program offered?
The program is entirely virtual and available for students worldwide.
There are 8 units in this program with a combination of the following: prerecorded lessons, worksheets, inspiration exercises, and prerecorded studio demo workshops.

Do I need to already know how to make pottery?
Yes. Ceramic Design School is intended to add to an existing foundation in ceramics.
You need to have beginner level abilities or higher to take this program. We’ll use pottery jargon like “bisque” or “leather hard” as well as processes like “score and slip” and the student is expected to know these words already.

Who will benefit from this program?
Ceramic Design School was made for potters of all levels. It is required that students have beginner pottery experience before taking this program.
This program will not teach basic pottery making skills. Instead it will build upon a pre-established foundation.
We have potters who are revisiting clay after years away, those with decades long careers, and those building on basic beginner skills.

Will I receive any one on one help in this course?
This course is self-paced and self-led.
Our private Facebook community provides an opportunity for one on one feedback.

What equipment do I need?
Kiln: You don’t need to own your kiln to take and benefit from this program. You can apply the lessons fully as long as you have access to a kiln in some way.
Wheel: You don’t need a pottery wheel for this program. You can hand-build all of the projects.

Is there a Community for this program?
There is a Facebook community for this program that serves as an “Open Studio” space for all of the students to hang out. I will occasionally drop into the group too! This is an informal space to share ideas, brainstorm together and connect!

Will I learn sales?

Is there a refund policy?

Can I transfer my account to someone else after I finish it?
No. Each sale is intended for one student and is not transferrable in the future to another student. We appreciate your support and understanding.
