As Seen In: Southern Living November 2014
I love a good sideboard. There's something about this oft' overlooked piece of furniture that is so comforting, hospitable, and quintessentially Southern. The November issue of Southern Living proved this sentiment perfectly. Stacked with great serving pieces, tea and coffee service, and small desserts a beautiful sideboard can really amp up the whole dining room.
This example from Southern Living includes a Suite One Studio Magnolia Cake Stand paired with other Made-In-The-South products. I love the mixed metals and textures that combine to create this classic Old World look, don't you?
After seeing this feature I immediately began looking online at sideboards and found these three distinctly different options. I have a really eclectic style when it comes to furniture. I like what I like and there isn't much more rhyme or reason as to what I bring into my home. Any of these three could work in my dining room even though they're completely different from one another. I'm especially taken with the maple and walnut veneered piece on the left. That wood. Those gold accents. Love. Which is your favorite?
