Easy Like Summer Mornings: Tropical Chobani Greek Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie with Mango Coulis
Cue the warm weather and cue my appetite for all things cold, fruity and refreshing. By adding Chobani Greek Yogurt to my morning smoothie I can get all that, plus the satisfying benefit of protein and low fat.
This easy smoothie recipe begins with a piña colada inspired base that can be customized in a variety of ways with flavorful additions such as this velvety Mango Coulis (recipe below). Add a banana to the base for a thicker and sweeter version, or chia seeds for texture and added nutritional benefits.

Tropical Chobani Greek Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie Recipe:
2 Servings
2 Coconut Blended Chobani Greek Yogurt (frozen 2+ hours)
1 Key Lime Blended Chobani Greek Yogurt (frozen 2+ hours)
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 tbsp honey
Place Chobani Greek Yogurt cups in the freezer for a couple hours to add an icy creaminess to the smoothie without losing any flavor by adding ice. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Ta-da! Now you have a delicious tropically inspired smoothie packed with protein, providing you with the energy you need to start your day!
Mango Coulis Topping:
1 ripe mango
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp lime juice
Puree the above and push the mixture through a fine mesh to remove pulp. The sweet, smooth Mango sauce that remains adds bright color and bold fruitiness to the top of your smoothie!
A few of our favorite smoothie customizations:
1 banana blended with other ingredients.
2 dates for extra sweetness, pits removed.
1 cup fresh strawberries.
2 tsp fresh lime juice if you like it tart!
1 tbsp chia seeds.
1 tbsp toasted coconut shavings for garnish.
