Mail from My Favorite People and Places on The Internet

Last week was a blur of packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and what seemed like a NEVER ending cycle of pots going into the kilns, out of the kilns, into boxes, and out the front door. Just when I needed a little pick-me-up to make it through the last big push of the holiday season my mailman delivered me a haul from three of my favorite places on the internet.

Those of you who are familiar with my uber-talented friend, Joanna of Jojotastic will know in a glance that the sweet pup is her little guy, Noodle. Joanna runs a fantastic blog that will keep you up to date with the latest trends in fashion and decor with a generous sprinkling of her cute pets added in for good measure (If you want to see more of cute little Noodle, he's on instagram with the hashtag: #noodthedude and on Joanna's feed). Joanna also works with other brands on their creative content, such as her latest round of work for Ziploc this holiday season. These fancy hot cocoas are on my must make list.

The dark, moody, perfectly photographed cocktail recipe card was sent from Christina, the VP of sales at Food52. They have a great team of talented and creative individuals over at Food52, which comes as no surprise considering how beautiful and enjoyable the site is to visit. Together Christina and I have worked to curate the Suite One Studio + Food52 collection in their shop, Provisions. Many of these products are exclusives for Food52, and it's been so exciting to work with Christina over the past year and a half to create this growing assortment.

And that almost-too-good-to-eat sugar cookie of the USA with my name painted on it comes from Rita, of The American Edit (I devoured it moments after taking this photo, obviously). Rita's website is one of those places I regularly stalk online for inspiration and good reads. I love that she's created a truly beautiful space for us all to visit, where we can learn more about the companies and makers behind high quality, American-made goods. Perhaps just as impressive as the site itself is the way that Rita commits to the mission of her brand, right down to this handmade cookie made by Sogi's Honey Bakeshop made in Brooklyn, NY.

I love getting snail mail any day, but getting it from three of my favorite sites and people on the very same day, right at the end of my busiest shipping week of the year, well that was pretty much exactly what I needed. Thank you JoannaChristina, and Rita for the mail! And thank you each for all of the work you do to make the internet a beautiful and inspirational space.
